Runcast Weekly #21: Ken Saxton from runningbarefoot.org, Calhoon 10 miler race reports, calling all artistsI’ve been hit with computer problems this week. I began uploading the latest podcast on Sunday, left the room, came back and found that my HD had crashed. Fortunately, most of the podcast was saved, 30 out of 40 minutes. Unfortunately, because of the situation surrounding the replacement computer, it will take some time to get everything back in place. I am a proponent of performing regular backups but it appears I did not practice what I preached. I completely lost much of the material that I used for the podcast. I would not expect another podcast until late next week.
