I found shelter
In some thoughts turning wheels around....

One of the greatest bands to come out of the music scene in the last decade, the White Stripes represent a new approach to old methods and style to music. Not only do I like Hotel Yorba as a song but this first verse really speaks volumes about my place in the running scene.

As I become more experienced, I continue to keep an eye open to other areas of running. Looking to see how their techniques can be applied to my own training, I continually evaluate my methods and reconfigure my approach. Some people have questioned my approaches but Ive regularly back up all of this results. That is an important point in all that I will talk about on this blog, the right way...is your way. I'll be posting many ideas that I find to work for me but they may not work for others. The point I'm trying to make here is this: Whatever enables you to get from point A to point B, point B being a race goal, distance, or target pace, is ultimately the right path. Enjoy the journey and enjoy the challenges of clearing your own patch
