Its been a long time since the last podcast. Don 't worry, there are more to come. Some of the things I need to talk about.
1. 3rd place finish (overall) at the Do the Ultra Canyon 45K
2. My recent discussion on various boards titled "what is the purpose of the elevated heel in running shoes.
3. I've been accepted on to the Team Snickers team
