As you can see this new podcast is a bit different than Runcast Weekly. It’s geared toward the participant of the San Antonio Fit group but I believe it will contain information to all of us that run. The Podcast will be published weekly and will include commentary by a variety of individuals within the SAFit group, playback of the weekly seminars, tips for completing your next marathon, and so much more.

If you don’t know about San Antonio Fit or USA Fit I would recommend visiting their perspective websites. I have been a part of San Antonio Fit for 3 years now and I would highly recommend it. The coaches are always great and quite frankly, it is just awesome to run with a hundred or so like minded people each weekend. Visit the USA Fit website to see if you have a group in your area.
