Podcast Audio Quality

I've reformatted podcast #16. I think the sound quality is much better, let me know what you think. The file name is the same and I didn't make any changes to the feed so you will have to download the file from the Runcast Weekly website.

I've found the problem

I’m starting to sound like a broken record, but I believe I have truly found the reason for the poor sound quality of the podcast. I will immediately begin recompiling each episode with the fix for the sound quality. Expect updates in the coming week.
